Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Contract Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our service contract processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that our service agreements are managed effectively and align with our company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, operations, and customer service, with exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Oversee the lifecycle of service contracts, from negotiation and drafting to execution and renewal. Ensure contracts meet legal and compliance standards.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement best practices for contract management processes. Identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of contract administrators and support staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service contracts. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze contract performance metrics. Prepare detailed reports and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment and address any contractual or operational issues.
  • Compliance: Ensure all service contracts adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in contract management is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, compliance, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Manager, MITO Contracts

This position offers an opportunity to become a member of the Procurement and Logistics team focusing on the Managed Services business. This role requires an individual who can work in a team environment, be self-motivated, detail oriented with demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for managing team that handles billing, contract management and auditing of Managed Services Contracts
  • Establish a strong relationship with our Finance team to facilitate Managed Services billing batches
  • Manage Billing Batch process
  • Interface with Business Applications for ongoing improvement of Salesforce Billing Implementation and resolution of bugs
  • Manage auditing process in conjunction with Customer Success Team
  • Interface with sales/Customer Success on overages and customer expectations around billing
  • Manage turn up backlog
  • Assist with reporting on backlog and billing for management
  • Keep documentation up to date
  • Train new team members

  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks, and to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong writing, editing and active listening skills
  • Superior communication, collaboration, logic, innovation, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Understanding or willingness to learn accounting principles and compliance requirements surrounding billing and revenue recognition
  • Leadership skills and confidence giving others direction
  • Ability to work independently
