Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Reservations Management: Handle travel reservations efficiently, using the company’s reservation systems.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and tours.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or changes in travel plans promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of reservations and client interactions.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest travel industry trends and developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the travel industry, preferably in a reservations role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using reservation systems and other travel-related software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a keen eye for detail.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
